Payment

Full payment is required at the time of appointment.
 

Preferred payment methods are:

Cash and Direct Bank Transfer
EFTPOS, Visa, and MasterCard available on request and may attract additional fees.

 

No Healthcare refunds available.

 

Cancellations 

I understand that late cancellation of an appointment may be unavoidable in extreme circumstances. However, to simply not show up, or repeatedly cancel at late notice, is disrespectful of my personal commitment to your professional care. It also prevents reallocation of that time to another client in need of an appointment. Therefore, a cancellation fee will be applied at the standard consultation rate.

 

Repeat Prescriptions

If all is going well please discuss with me the option to repeat your prescription.

Please call ahead prior to dropping into my clinic to pick up your medicines within our business hours or we can post to you for a small additional cost.
